The bullying of academics follows a pattern of horrendous, Orwellian elimination rituals, often hidden from the public. Despite the anti-bullying policies (often token), bullying is rife across campuses, and the victims (targets) often pay a heavy price.

The first Birth Day of this blog....
Let's hope that a time will come when blogs like this aren't needed....
...but I guess we have a while to go yet....there will be many more Birth Days before that happens...
...bullying is endemic in our universities...
....when you read this blog stop and think about what bullying means....
