· Be low achievers with low self-esteem
· Be non - Enthusiastic (rarely volunteer)
· Have low integrity
· Have no ethical standards
· Not known for their commitment to human rights, dignity and respect

Bullies are also usually jealous of the abilities or achievements of their victims.
In school bullying, bullies are envious of popular children who are often good looking and high achievers.
