This is Ian Farren… While the victim of workplace bullying was wrongly suspended, Ian interviewed the victim’s wife. He invited her into his office and put pressure on her to confess to a false allegation against her husband. There were no witnesses. The wife, a mother of two toddlers at the time, and looking after her husband, who was suffering from PTSD while on the suicide watch list, broke down and returned home in tears. She never confessed to anything, despite the psychological pressure put on her by Ian Farren… What sick mind behaves like this? This is Ian Farren… You can find him on LinkedIn.
The bullying of academics follows a pattern of horrendous, Orwellian elimination rituals, often hidden from the public. Despite the anti-bullying policies (often token), bullying is rife across campuses, and the victims (targets) often pay a heavy price. "Nothing strengthens authority as much as silence." -- Leonardo da Vinci. "All that is necessary for evil to succeed is that good men [or good women] do nothing." -- Edmund Burke
