The bullying of academics follows a pattern of horrendous, Orwellian elimination rituals, often hidden from the public. Despite the anti-bullying policies (often token), bullying is rife across campuses, and the victims (targets) often pay a heavy price.

In my experience, ethics and education aren't always compatible, particularly with administrators.
Note that St George's University of London and Kingston University are the prime sponsors and have provided two staff members as the main speakers. These two institutions are inextricably linked through common board members and through Kingston's validation of St George's medical training programme.
