The bullying of academics follows a pattern of horrendous, Orwellian elimination rituals, often hidden from the public. Despite the anti-bullying policies (often token), bullying is rife across campuses, and the victims (targets) often pay a heavy price.

SO FAR SENIOR MANAGERS IN THE UNIVERSITY OF ULSTER HAVE BEEN BROUGHT TO INDUSTRAL TRIBUNAL, VISITORIAL AND HIGH COURT PROCEEDINGS- IN ALL CASES WHERE THE UNIVERSITY'S UNLIMITED LEGAL RESOURCES (FUNDED BY THE PUBLIC PURSE) HAVE OUT-GUNNED THE VERY LIMITED SUPPORT AVAILABLE TO VICTIMS.
THE CRIMES AND DEVIANCES OF SENIOR MANAGERS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF ULSTER ARE SUCH THAT COX & CO. MAY REGRET HAVING TO REPRESENT THEM.
THE REAL QUESTION IS THAT SO MUCH ABOUT THE UNIVERSITY OF ULSTER REMAINS YET TO BE DISCLOSED....
Try looking at the Students' union to, they are just as bad! Overall President and Vice Presidents for 4 campuses are incompetent! They do not stick to the constitution and run illegally! There top management are corrupt and treat their staff illegally! I cannot risk my name being given out, but we employees know so much more than are credited for!
