Thank you for posting this piece! I have personally been through Mobbing. It was referred to as "harassment" by my attorneys and cited as a serious violation of existing Labor Law. According to them, fighting back provokes "retaliation"; also illegal, but hard to prove. Your blog helps attract public awareness to this wicked phenomenon.
I am currently a target of workplace bullying. Pieces like this are depressing to read because they are so insightful and the analysis explains why it is so difficult to be successful.
