Not only has Prof Scott done this, but recently, he testified at an Employment Tribunal that it was perfectly reasonable for him to have appointed a dean, against whom a grievance of bullying and harassment and a lawsuit had been launched, to chair a disciplinary hearing for the staff member who had launched the greivance and lawsuit INSTEAD of appointing a fair and impartial dean from another faculty. The outcome -- as might be expected, the staff member was then dismissed.
