Policies are/should always tailored with a normality as a referring point. <BR/><BR/>The real work of a healthy institution is to call for any diversity that can appear to be on the face of the earth before signing up for discrimination policies.<BR/><BR/>Regards<BR/>SGFAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
